SCGI's Real Estate Development Group has emerged due to the increase in volume of real estate projects and the strong affiliations formed with industry leading companies and governmental agencies.

SCGI’S financing structure accommodates real estate projects which represent a sound investment opportunity to be realized through development, acquisition, or a combination of both, and have an actual or potential income stream. Projects are analyzed and selected based on the sufficiency and strength of the guarantees available from the various participants in the transaction and the viability of the project from the perspective of existing revenue, or alternatively, the potential for future capital gain and revenue through development.

SCGI can participate in and provide financing for such income producing real estate projects involving acquisitions, construction and development, expansion, improvement/renovation, and debt- restructuring.

Project Finance and Development
SCGI's Real Estate Development Group will work with the Borrower/Developer on each project undertaken within the auspices of a joint venture, to secure appropriate alliances with developers and other service providers in order to take the project to its completion.Through this joint venture structure, the Borrower/Developer will be able to proceed with the development, while maintaining control over the timing and progress of the project.Furthermore, this financing model will provide the Borrower/Developer with a significant participation in the equity of each project.
